Where is Court TV in 2026?
Court TV was channel 465 WRDQ2 before the new year. The programming guide still says it is Court TV but it is showing "GRIT" channel programming instead of Court TV meanwhile channel 17 WOTF GRIT is showing "BOUNCE" programming. I cannot find Court TV anywhere on Spectrum even though it is available on internet sites like youtube.
edit: if it helps my location is Brevard county Florida(same channel lineup as Orlando area).

Welcome to the Spectrum Community, @toddy5000!
Researching this, it looks like the station owners, Cox Media Group, could not make a deal with a new contract with Spectrum to carry the channel after January 1, 2026 when the old contract expired. If that happens, the owners of the station will carry a different channel that Spectrum (or any other provider in this situation has the rights to carry for that market.) Spectrum can not transmit any channel without a new contract, or an extension on the old contract with the permission of the owners of the stations.
What you need to do, along with neighbors and friends, is to contract Cox Media Group and let them know that you want Court TV to be restored to the Spectrum line up on WRDQ2. Give your location, zip code, and channel call letters when reaching out to Cox Media Group. There is safety in numbers, and if they get enough feedback, this may convince CMG to get a new contract with Spectrum so that the channel can return. I have provided Cox Media Group's website with "Contact Us" information on the page:

WRDQ's ATSC channel 27.2, aka WRDQ2, still simulcast on Charter Spectrum TV channel 465, is presumably now affiliated with "Grit." π β³ enter Brevard County zip code e.g. 32909 in the search field and then hit the search hyperlink.
Which would be consistent with Spectrum TV now carrying something else on channel 17 e.g. maybe now simulcasting WOPX's Bounce-affiliated ATSC channel 56.2. π
Court TV is presumably now only available in the "Orlando-Daytona Bch-Melbrn" area via WOPX over-the-air channel 56.3. π

Do you think WRDQ's contract expired with Court TV? It sounds like perhaps they are under new ownership? That's the one unfortunate thing about Digital sub-channels. when ownership changes, they can switch to a different type of channel. I just checked Spectrum in Milwaukee Wisconsin where I am near. This might have been a national drop.

Update,
It looks like Court TV choose not to continue its contract with Spectrum to broadcast on their systems. But Court TV still offers live streaming on their website courttv.com

That's not the issue, here. I still get Court TV via Spectrum TV simulcast of a local channel. I stated the issue in the last paragraph of my previous comment. No offense but how deep do you think the inquisitor wants to go on this.

Thanks for this! This shows that some people with Spectrum still have it, so that is good news. I think OP just wants it back on his/her line up.
