Peacock Information

Hello.

I seem to have Peacock up and running on my computer.  But it still has not connected with the television.  How can I make the transition from the computer to the television?  Is this related to the password on the box?
Thank you!

    Have you installed the app and signed in with your credentials yet?

    Hello @jafuller64;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Most apps including Peacock will have you create a profile on their platform and then use the Spectrum login for the billing part. Once it is done on the computer then you would be able to use that login on all devices that have the app installed.

    Welcome John!

    The steps to get Peacock you might want to review to make sure that you have the Spectrum TV prerequisites:

    1.) You must have a Spectrum Select or higher TV plan.

    2.) You must sign in with your Spectrum log in credentials. That would be the username and password that you use for this forum. This tells the provider, I am with Spectrum and I am going through them as my provider.

    3.) New installs or equipment swaps may take up to 48 hours for remote online log ins to activate with Spectrum's servers.

    Most customers forget about steps 2 and 3.
