What is causing repeated internet/wifi outages this week in east Bradenton?

Over the last few days, wifi service repeatedly has been out for long periods. I'd just like to know why?

I was able to access your account using the information provided during the registration process. I can confirm there have been two major interruptions impacting the nodes in the area. We do apologize for the service interruptions you've been experiencing lately! Please understand that most interruptions are caused by factors beyond our control, such as power outages, wildlife damage, weather-related issues, construction/digging, and more. We are committed to detecting and resolving any issues as quickly as possible. They cannot be completely prevented but we are committed to detecting and repairing any such issues as fast as possible. Additionally, since these outages had a duration over 2 hours, I can assure you that a request was submitted so you can be credited for the time service has been down, and this will be reflected on your next billing statement.
