Paramount plus issues?
when I try to log into the paramount plus included with my plan with the “connect with provider” option it gives me “complete registration” and will not let me proceed - everything is grayed out. Any suggestions?

Hi @Lermis, welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the trouble logging in to Paramount Plus. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache, and/or using a different device? If it still happens could you send a screenshot of what's grayed out so I can better understand the issue?

i went to Google browser in a private window, cleared by cache, and went to "start streaming" on my Spectrum log in. It indicates in my account that i have the Paramount plus with ads included with my package. When i click on start streaming in appears to be logging in but goes to the screen above and i can't click on anything on the page.

Hi @Lermis
The other thing you need to do (In addition to having a Spectrum Select or above TV plan) is you need to log in with the exact same credentials for username and password as you do with this forum. You want to choose:
Log in with Provider: Spectrum
Your Spectrum account/forum user name and password: This tells Paramount+ that you are streaming through your CATV/streaming provider and not directly through Paramount+

I did that multiple times on Mac and iPhone. I go to spectrum and login. I then go to my streaming and it shows paramount plus with ads radio button checked. When I click on watch now that screen I showed you pops up.

Try a different log in approach:
1.) Instead of going to Spectrum.net, go to Paramount+.com
2.) Click ""Sign in"
3.) Don't type anything in the email or password box. Instead click "Log in with Provider" (Spectrum)
4.) Enter your log in credentials that you use here for the Community Forum.
(I have added screenshots. Do the above steps get you in, or back to the same old above screen you shared?
You might be asked to create a program interest profile. I can't remember. If the above does not work, I am stumped! If the above doesn't work. post back here and someone else may have some ideas.

I did what you said in a private window and it took me back to the same screen. I have an expired paramount account but I am not logging into that. I am going through spectrum and using my spectrum creditials.

I had to contact paramount plus via a chat and they deleted my previous account that had expired. I was then able to log into the app via the spectrum sign in route.

Hey @Lermis! I am so glad they were able to get to the root of the issue. Most third-party app issues will typically have to go through the app customer service itself. Thanks so much for your help. i just wanted to report back and let you know it was not a Spectrum issue but a Paramount Plus issue. This may help someone else having the same issue.

Spectrum should add the following to their Streaming Service pages:
1.) The streaming channels such as HBO Max, Paramount+, Disney+/Hulu Bundle , Peacock, are provided to all Spectrum Select and above TV subscribers at no charge.
2.) Customers can remove the ads on each respective streaming service for a small additional free per month.
3.) Customers MUST delete all third-party subscription apps before going through the Spectrum sign up process. They do this by finding the third-party Delete Account BEFORE the Spectrum sign up process. Or by calling Customer Care for the respective third parry account removal before the Spectrum sign up process.
4.) Adding a Spectrum select or higher streaming plan does not remove third party app monthly payments! You must delete the Third Party account first or you will be billed for that third party account!
5) Spectrum Select and higher TV plan subscribers must keep a Spectrum TV Select plan (minimally) to continue to get the free streaming services as part of their packages.
6.) New or swapped equipment may take up to 48 hours for Spectrum Streaming plans to activate.
