twc email address changed??

Hello! My grandmother has had the same twc email address for years. It suddenly stopped working in her mail app, as it was no longer taking her user name and password, however neither should have changed. I tried emailing her and it kicked back as undeliverable. I logged into her spectrum account and the email address in question is listed as invalid. Any idea how to get it working again? She is a spectrum customer and has had no disruption to her internet or landline. Thank you!
