@Dkalmen you're using the full email with the stny.rr.com domain to log into spectrum.net? I see the same email user using the spectrum.net domain as well, which is the primary Spectrum ID.
If you're using the full stny.rr.com email to log in, what issue did you have logging in? The email is active as well as that Spectrum ID.0 -
the system would not log me in when I typed in the full email @stny.rr.com

I’m using the correct email and password for @stny.rr.com and still get that message. It will not let me check that email. All my doctors, friends send me emails at that address. I need to access it.

when I type in spectrum.net/?targetUrl=webmail2 it automatically takes me to I’d.spectrum.net. That website is where I pay my bill and has a different login. I cannot access my @stny.rr.com email on that website. I need access to my email @ stny.rr.com. This needs to be resolved.
