Great service in Mansfield, OH

I wanted to give a shout out to Tasia, Frank and Brandon at the Mansfield, OH Spectrum store.

We wanted to switch from Verizon to Spectrum Mobile. Although the store was very busy we had scheduled an appointment online and did not have to wait long to speak with Tasia (we were told she is the manager). She was very efficient and got us to the point where she handed us over to Frank to take care of the actual switching over of service. He was really knowledgeable, very friendly and a pleasure to work with. While we were working with Frank another customer stepped up to Brandon's station. The customer was rude, did a lot of complaining and was not nice at all. Brandon handle the situation like a true professional and should be commended for having to put up with what he did. Mansfield's Spectrum store is blessed to have these three employees!
