how do I manage sub user email accounts

If you're referring to existing email accounts that you're trying to access, you would get to them by logging into spectrum.net with the email address and password and using the "Check Email" option. Reviewing your account, you have 2 active ID's and 6 that are inactive. If you're trying to access one of the 6 inactive ID's, they would need to be active in order to work. There is a limit of 5 per account. You may also be able to create new ID's up to that limit if you're not trying to access and keep one that is already existing. If you need help reactivating ID's you've deactivated, please let us know.
