@Allan1Tinytuba205 : You should also be able to do that yourself online by logging onto your account at www.spectrum.net and then hitting "⋯ More" in the left-hand column and then "⛭ Settings" from the slide-out menu and then Phone Number under Primary Role of the Your Info tab of the Settings page.

Thank you for sharing your question with our forum! We apologize for the troubles you may be experiencing with changing the phone number associated with your account, and we are more than happy to help!
@Satch and @HT_Greenfield, provided good refences in how to go about changing your password. We would need to fully authenticate the account and that requires some additional verification. If you are able to log in to the My Spectrum app it Spectrum.net with your log in credentials, you will be able to change it under the settings tab. If you do are not able to access your account online, you will need to give us a call at 1-855-707-7328, for further assistance.
