Logging into streaming apps on a different platforms (Roku TV, Samsung tv, windows PC, iphone 16...

I can't access the streaming apps on any of the above devices. My husband and I each are listed as administrators and each have our own login credentials. I can log into spectrum app with my email/PW. My husband activated several of the streaming apps, including peacock through his credentials. Every time I try to watch peacock on any device, i get an "we don't recognize this account" on peacock's login using his credentials. Peacock says the same thing if I try to activate it with my spectrum email/PW. I have a couple of old peacock accounts—neither have an active subscription. I've logged out of those accounts. Why can't I stream peacock???? Thanks in advance and have a great day! ❣️

    Good afternoon, slhibbard. Welcome to our community. We are sorry for the issues access the streaming apps. Since your husband set up the accounts you will need to login to the apps using the profile he set up when they were activated.
