Can’t access my email

I have the same problem. As of a few days ago (looks like 2/5/26), I can no longer sign in to my @san.rr.com email. I tried everything suggested, it doesn't work. I have had this email for 25 years and need to access it.

I did create an @spectrum.net email address awhile ago and it does work fine. But when I log out and attempt to put in the RR legacy address and password, it is not even recognized anymore. What happened since last week? Can Spectrum assign a temporary password that will work for the RR email address/username? Would that fix this problem?

    @lcarlyle,

    Your email is now attached to a Spectrum ID. Your account has 4 ID's, but 3 of them are inactive which is why you can't access them. They can be managed in the settings on spectrum.net in the people section, where 2 were inactivated on 2/5 and one more on 2/10. The only active ID you currently have is the primary one you're using here. If you'd like, we can re-activate all of them, or any one specifically. 2 have emails with san.rr.com domains and the third has no email account.

    Yes, please re-activate the 2 emails with the san.rr.com domains.

    In trying to access those emails, I tried everything—the other day I saw in the People section that they showed "invalid", that's why I removed them (I guess that made it worse).

    Thank you for your help!

    @lcarlyle,

    Both have been re-enabled. Let us know if you still have an issue logging in to either of them via spectrum.net and any error messages received.
