Email sub accounts on columbus.rr.com no longer working
I have one main account and two sub email accounts on columbus.rr.com (e.g mainuser@columbus.rr.com, sub1@columbus.rr.com, and sub2.columbus.rr.com). Two (the main and one sub) stopped working on 2/19/2026 and the other sub stopped working today. I was able to login on my main account and change the email password so it is working. I used to manage the sub email accounts on the "Subscriber Self Care" page (https://selfcare.rr.com/index.cfm?method=login.login). This page no longer works and just hangs.
I tried logging into the webmail.spectrum.net with the sub email accounts and it just says "The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again or select Forgot Username or Password. IDID-3104." When I try "Forgot Username or Forgot Password" I get the same message (or IDIR-1023).
If I try to recover my username by phone number, it shows the sub account email addresses and then say something like "the email address already exists"
Note that all three accounts were working fine on 2/18/2026.
Are sub account emails no longer supported?
If they are still supported, how do I manage them since the Self Care page no longer works?
Why doesn't the password work and how can I get it reset?

Did you even read my message? I have reviewed the "A message to customers having trouble accessing legacy rr.com and roadrunner.com email accounts" and have tried all steps as detailed below. The last step is to create a new post detailing the problem which I did.
