    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues you're having with our email service. All of our email accounts have been moved to be accessed through our online account site directly. You would login to the site using the full email address you are trying to access and the password for it. Then on the left side it will say check email. Some accounts that were moved may need to reset the password so you can try that as well if you are having issues with logging in.
