What happened to the AutoPay discount?

My bill is $5.00 higher, and when I investigated to see if the rate had increased, I discovered that the Autopay discount had been removed. What happened to the discount?

    Welcome to the Community Forums. We no longer offer the Autopay discount. Details about the removal was provided in your previous billing statements.
