Why does Southern Indiana Spectrum average at least one outage per month??

These monthly outages are unacceptable, and if you guys dont have the means to support your network. Then I need to find a company that does and can, because this is a regular thing…no matter how long it’s out; be it 15 minutes or 5 hours. The interruption to my home network which runs absolutely everything, is flat out unacceptable. Especially for the ridiculous price you charge for absolutely little worth and regular outages!!

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing outages with our service. There was a brief interruption last night that was resolved in under an hour. There are times when our maintenance teams will take customers offline for routine maintenance needs. This can be more frequent during the winter months when wind, weather and temperature can be a factor and cause unplanned interruptions.

    You can check notifications and set up preferences using the My Spectrum app. If you continue to experience any issue that are not resolved by restarting the modem, please let us know. You may need a service call to ensure there are no issues delivering consistent service to your home.
