Spectrum Review: Zekeia (Account Management, Texas)
I am writing this review to give a huge shout-out to Zekeia in the Account Management department in Texas. After two weeks of pure frustration with Spectrum, she was the only person who actually stepped up to fix the situation.
I originally called to set up internet in Orlando and was misled into believing the modem and router were all included. After two weeks of no service and a technician telling me today that I’d need to pay even more for a router, I was ready to pay my balance and cancel for good.
I called in extremely upset, and Zekeia went above and beyond. She did what most representatives claim they can't do: she waived the $65 service fee and coordinated a same-day technician visit. I spoke with her at 2:23 PM, and she managed to get someone scheduled to arrive between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM today.
Zekeia’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile saved a customer today. She deserves serious recognition for her help!
