My spectrum BOX has a code displaying "APP" I tried rebooting 3 x. Our internet is working .help pls

    Hi @8Olivia8, welcome to our community! I'm sorry for the trouble with our TV service. Great job rebooting already! Will you check to make sure the coaxial cable is firmly connected to the set top box and the wall outlet? If it is, then I would recommend scheduling an appointment with a technician. Please let us know if you would like for us to schedule that.
