High split was completed in 2025. I was originally told ultra accounts would switch or could ask to be switched in April 2026. With the post about roll outs and go lives gone that's typically a sign that things have slipped or been cancelled.

Is go live still April 2026 for my zip?

Hi @Vilmalith, welcome to our community!

I show high split upgrades have been completed in your area as of 2/03/2026. There is no set date for when symmetrical speeds will launch but April seems reasonable. The schedule has always been tentative, but nothing has been cancelled. We are on track for 50% of our service area to have symmetrical speeds this year and the remaining 50% next year.
