Spotify always says offline when connected to my wifi at home but works when I’m on other wifi or just cellular data.
Youtube is doing the same thing.
It has to be my wifi at home. But why????

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of Spotify not connecting to the WIFI. I analyzed your modem and it has a good signal. The router is also showing a good connection. I would recommend you restart the device that is using Spotify to see if helps. Are you seeing issues with connecting to other apps on the same device that is using Spotify? Can you also test using Spotify on a different device to see if there is a difference?
