    Hello @TheKGB;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I checked the status of the upgrade in your area and it has started to be worked on but has yet to be completed. We do not have an estimate on when the work will be completed and activated. This indicates that it would be at least 6 months before the service will be activated.
