When will high-split/symmetrical speeds be available in Statesville, NC? 28677/28625

Before the spreadsheet was purged from the network evolution post last month, I believe I recall seeing that upgrades for Statesville, NC, were completed in 2025 and high-split was expected to launch by March (or possibly May) 2026? Maybe I'm misremembering, but since the spreadsheet was removed, I can only go off my pitiful memory. In case I'm wrong, when is high-split expected to launch for Statesville, NC? Also, what are the likely speed tiers that will be available? A smaller fiber company is rapidly building out their fiber network in Statesville, but I'm interested to see if Spectrum can get the job done before they swoop in with symmetrical speeds to woo away customers to a likely inferior product (not the fiber connection itself, but less efficient routing in the name of cost-saving).

    Hello @ms10;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration for waiting on the upgrade to be complete. The main work in your area has been completed but the service has yet to be enabled. We do not have an estimate on when it will be enabled at this time. This indicates that it could be several months before it will be enabled.
