High Split in 28117 near Lake Norman
The Work is either done or its not. If its Done, why isn't it enabled - you guys are going to rapidly lose customers to the Fiber being built out in the area. If you are truly done with the build out then why is it not enabled? I'm sick of being on 40 Mb upload, its joke this hasn't been updated long before today when all your competitors had been doing Mid split seeds 200 Mb + for years.

Hello @ChiefSpoonS;
I can understand the concern about the service not being enabled. I can confirm that the primary work for your area has been completed but there is a lot of back end work that also has to be completed before the service can be enabled. The primary work was actually completed in the end of February. At this time we do not have an estimate on when it will be enabled.

@Edward_T Still extremely frustrating - for the past 2 weeks I have been seeing progressively more outages.

Hello @ChiefSpoonS'
I can understand the frustration with the service being down frequently. I did see a known issue on Sunday but nothing during the last couple days. I reviewed the modem's history and I am not seeing any drops in the modem or the cable signals. Can you provide some more information on how frequent that the drops in the connection has been and what steps do you do to resolve the issue?

@Edward_T I had several on March 26th and 27th, another on March the 30th and 31st, April 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, and again today.

The modem is not showing any drops. I would like to rule out the wireless as the cause. If you are using wireless only, can you try connecting a device with an ethernet connection to see if it drops at the same time?

@Edward_T its not my equipment sadly. I have a 10Gig network setup - Everything internally works. Wifi is connected, Ethernet is cat 6 around my house, every port, every patch, every keystone has been tested and validated at there respective speeds. its my Modem, which i admit is a 3rd party modem from Ubiquiti - but it keeps losing its connection - i can see it has to re-auth when my connection drops.
Im happy to jump to your modem for high split.0 -
@William_M I have one in my Office pending High split - since you guys won't/don't support High Split speeds on personal modems - even when they support it. I have no reason to move to your modem until then. My equipment has been running without any issues consistently for months.
