Sean with customer service is the man

Not sure how to contact anyone in management but I just had to order service and make changes to previous service and Sean was my customer service rep. I reached him by calling the 1-866-874-2389 number. Sean was extremely helpful and professional but best of all, he was funny and personable. He had me laughing at some of his comments. Every customer service representative should take clues from Sean. I hope this reaches the right people as Sean deserves to be recognized.
