We received an email last December from Spectrum saying a 5-hour long upgrade will take place overnight to improve internet speed. However, after that I did not see any speed improvement. Any update on when our 07010 area will be upgraded?

    Hello and welcome @tearfalls,

At this time, there is no additional information on when upgraded service will be enabled aside from what is included in the post below. I do not show upgrade work completed for your area.

Is there no work being done at all at this moment? I saw the Palisades Park was on the list before it got removed. We are next to it.
