    The issue has been escalated to our phone support team for investigation. At this point, there is no indication that any system was "hacked". We will provide an update when the troubleshooting is completed. We would appreciate it if you refrained from speculating, this is an issue that requires access to backend diagnostic tools and is beyond the scope of a fellow customer to assist. Thanks.

    I am seeing an update to the ticket submitted that they attempted to contact you and left a message. They will attempt to contact you at least three times. Please be aware this will be from our 888 or 800# and may show up as unrecognized. Let us know if you did not receive the message or call and we can send you a private message to get an alternative number.

    We did not receive a call or message? Checked both land line and my cell phone.

    i do see 888 numbers on the call log on the phantom calls to our caller ID on TV. Maybe this is just coincidence.

    Thanks for the additional information. I see that you added your cell #, then deleted the comment. I was able to catch the cell # before you removed it, so I updated the ticket. You can expect a call on your cell # provided within the next 24 hours.

    Will will also continue to monitor from out end as well, thanks!
