Payments at local office
My 87 year old mother went to the local office in Morganton NC to make her spectrum payment today. She was treated rudely and disrespectfully by one of the workers who stated “we are not a pay station”. Does the local office in Morganton no longer accept payments?

I do apologize for the issues and poor treatment your mother had. The store should be taking payments. I can certainly forward up feedback on the store for you.
You can also go to this link here to find other ways to pay the bill if going to the store isn't convenient for her or you.

Thank you. Going into the store has been the best way for her to pay up until this latest experience. I just need an answer as to why the employee stated “we are not a pay station”.
