Anyone else having problems with Cloud recordings on NBC
overall, I haven’t been happy with the cloud. I got a new television in August and it seemed to work great. Beginning of December suddenly all my cloud recordings come and go. Cloud is a perfect name since my recordings are cloudy and then they clear up and then they get cloudy again. I have had so much frustration with this and have reset everything, had out five times and seems to no fix. But this week’s problem is new and it is only with NBC recordings. The show just freezes up and lags. Despite the fact, I reset all it still is happening and I’m not having any problems with the other stations that I record so I’ve tried to report this to but they always resort back to reset the so I hope if other people are having problems it can get reported

I am so happy I ran across this chat group because I have had this problem since December with the DVR cloud. I purchased my in all recordings were great. The only time they would get fuzzy sometimes it’s if I fast forwarded through the but it was minimal. Beginning of December all of a sudden I have major problems. I have all the same problems you do recording gets cloudy clears then cloudy then lags. I have had Spectrum out to my five times I’ve spoken to support more times than I can count, and I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps time and time again to no avail. I believe it’s a flaw in an update. They may have done to their app because it makes no sense that it worked before that. I even replaced my television because Spectrum kept saying it was possibly a problem with my television being defective. This is a hugely puzzling problem. But I’ve read all kinds of complaints everywhere with all different kind of streaming devices and smart TVs so it seems that it be something in the cloud. I think the quality is affected when more people are using or there’s more traffic going on. Good luck to you, I’m with you on about to just cancel the service and be done with it because it’s too frustrating. There are too many other ways I can watch television if needed.0

Was this on the same device they mentioned? I'm showing you've recently used the app on a Samsung TV which is reporting connection issues. The TV app and cloud DVR would be impacted by any issues with the internet connection to the device you're using. I see the equipment was just rebooted in the last few minutes.
