Video source button on new remote???

I have a new remote, UR3-SR3S. Unlike my old, this new one does not have a video source button. How do i access HDMI choices

    Good afternoon and welcome @Gro,

    This is one of the large button remotes intended for the visually impaired and not a standard remote. It would not replace the manufacturer supplied remote for your TV as it cannot perform all the same functions, mainly just power and volume controls. If you don't have that remote, your TV may have input/source options on the TV itself. If you don't need this remote specifically, you can swap it out at a store location or another can be sent to you.

    Mo_S. Thank you so much!! Unfortunately, this add to my frustration with Spectrum. This is the remote the store handed me when I went to exchange my old stopped-functioning remote. I suppose my only option now is to go back and perhaps find a more alert clerk who might hand me the right remote. Such a time waste! Thank you very much for your response and information! Much appreciate your helpful deed.

    I can understand the frustration. The stores often have other remotes available.
