I would like to send a Kudos out to Larry the Cable Guy. I had him out to fix an internet issue. He was phenomenal. Rather than just saying that his equipment was not showing a problem with our internet. he dug deeper and fixed several small things that did not look right to him. We now have a stable Internet connection and are very appreciative of Larry's hard and diligent work.
