Sound disappears when watching on demand in Spectrum app

A consistent issue: the sound completely drops out after the commercial breaks. Sometimes, you can get past two commercial breaks, sometimes it happens right after the first commercial break.

    Have you tried any troubleshooting, such as rebooting the Apple TV or reinstalling the Spectrum TV app?
