When did Spectrum start checking credit scores? I autopay so they'll get their money. I've been with Spectrum for along time. Oh I could get the phone I wanted but I had to put a $400 down payment. I dont remember reading about down payments, or credit checks. What is up w that?

    Hi @VenaZ1_96707, welcome to our community! We have always done credit checks for financed devices, but the credit score is not the only factor. Being a long time customer can help.
