I recently had a phone call and email from Spectrum saying my area is being upgraded for high split. I recently had an overnight outage as planned. When will I be able to get the high upload speeds? Will I need a new modem for this? I am using a Surfboard SB8200 DOCSIS3.1

    Hi @upnorthb, welcome to our community! I do see work for high split has started for your area, but there's no set date for completion of the work or launch of symmetrical speeds. You will need to use a Spectrum modem once it launches.
