we switched both of our iPhones to spectrum and now my wife’s phone no longer has the mms option. We have been to the spectrum store they have no idea how to fix this. Does anyone at spectrum know how to fix this?

    Hello @David002;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Our systems does allow MMS messaging. It is possible that MMS is not properly enabled. You can go into the Settings and select Messages. Look for MMS Messaging and make sure it is enabled.

    The phone should have the option. It is possible that there was an issue with the app that caused it to not show. I would recommend you make sure that the phone has all the updates are done. Also you can try restarting the phone to see if there is a difference.

    phone is up to date. We switched to spectrum over a year ago. We spent 2 hours at the spectrum store while they tried to fix it. They cannot access the Carrier settings. The phone had the mms option before the switch to spectrum. It is an IPhone 15. This is a last option for a fix before we move the phone back to AT
