Alexa and the Spectrum App

We now have the Spectrum app installed on our Sony Bravia tv. (No streaming box.) All works well. Can the app (channel selection, etc.) be controlled using Alexa?

Edit: No. Just "Fire TV apps on Fire TV" as far as "video" as in TV apps go.
