Thank you to a patient employee, Customer Solutions Dept in Charlotte, NC....

I want to take a moment to spotlight an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to keep me as a loyal customer. Nurell in Customer Solutions (Charlotte location) provided exceptional service and support during my recent interaction (I am a little late, the convo was around April 10th or so). His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to resolving my needs made a significant difference and turned a potentially challenging situation into a positive experience. Because of Nurell’s efforts, I have decided to continue my business with your company. He truly represents the best of your team. I hope leadership recognizes and acknowledges his hard work and dedication — employees like Nurell are the reason customers stay. I have been a customer since 1996 (originally in Montana), when it was Bresnan, Charter, and then Spectrum, and I was definitely leaving. You should reward him because he is the reason I stayed.
