Network Upgrade Notice

I received a notice from Spectrum wihth the following info:

"To provide you with the fastest internet speeds and highest quality service, we will be upgrading the network in your area on 2/18.

 

Following the upgrade, you'll be able to get the most from your Spectrum Internet for the best streaming, gaming, file sharing and browsing experience."

Since this maintenance I haven't seen anthing about symetrical speeds or high split, is there any update on when we'll get this in 90025 (Sawtelle/West Los Angeles)

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    The upgrades for symmetrical speeds and high split can take months depending on what upgrades are needed in your area.

    I do see the upgrades have started in your area but there is no completion date or service upgrades offered date at this time.
