Why is Live TV Freezing and Blurry?

For the past week or so, when trying to watch live TV using the Spectrum TV App (already updated to most recent version) on an iPad, the feed is choppy, it freezes, and/or, is pixilated/blurry. I have to leave the channel and then return in order to get it to air, and even then, after that, it only works for a few seconds at a time. There is currently a wildfire in my area and it is impossible to get up-to-date information since the feed keeps buffering and cutting out. This is occurring across channels. After a period of it trying to work, I get a pop up error message with the reference code: ILP-1999. Spectrum needs to fix this ASAP.

    Good afternoon @MJK125,

This typically indicates an internet connection issue. I see your iPad Pro is connected by wifi and was reporting a poor connection earlier when you received that error code, and the error code is showing today, but not in the last few days prior. I do not see that the modem has recently rebooted, so I would start by rebooting both your modem and router, removing at least the power from both devices for at least 30 seconds. How far from your router are you using the iPad?

Thank you, I will reboot the equipment later today and will give that a try. I am 10 feet (at most) from the router and there's a clear line (no walls or anything) between the router and the iPad.
