Our Spectrum was installed May 5th and the cable people haven't come to bury the cable yet.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Bury drops are done most of the time within a week of the line being installed. I have escalated this to our Dispatch office to give you more information on when it will be completed. They will be reaching out to you soon.
