Why can’t Spectrum show the Stanley Cup and NBA finals in 4K or upscaled 4K?

why do I pay $175 per month for Spectrum internet and TV, but have to switch to an antenna to get a better picture over the air? I have a 4k tv and Apple TV 4k connected to it, but Spectrum is feeding me 720p. The OTA picture appears to be much better quality - either 4k or upscaled 1080p.

    Hey @Ewr2026, welcome to our community! Are all channels only coming in at 720p? Under preference in the Spectrum TV app settings, do you have "Always Tune to 4K" turned on?
