How to get my TWC.COM email back

Hello. My TWC email stopped syncing yesterday and is giving me an error that the POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on. My Spectrum account 'Check email' page does not allow me to log into it, the page only wants me to create a new @spectrum address. I have read other discussions here with TWC access issues and assume my email was suspended. How can I get that email address re-activated in order to save message history before it is all deleted forever?

    Hello @goldforce;

    I checked the email address linked to this account and there is a profile for it but the mailbox is not properly activated. Please log into the account on www.spectrum.net. You want to log in with the email address itself and not the main Spectrum login. They should get you access to the mail box for it. This may restore your access to the email in your mail program.
