Why did my twc.com email address stop working suddenly
I've had Spectrum service for over 25 years. I've got my rr.com email and a rr.com email for my wife but I also have an email address that is a twc.com address. The twc.com address suddenly stopped working a couple days ago. When I try to access it in my Mac or iPhone mail programs it doesn't recognize the password to the account.
How do I get the twc.com email to work again?

I do apologize for the issues you're having with our email service. Have you tried to reset the password? Also when you check the email are you checking it directly on our website here and logging in with the full email address and it's password?

It's not the primary email for my account, If I try to log in on the website page you suggested I get a message that "the info you entered doesn't match our records". I can't reset the password because when I enter that email it gives the same "doesn't match our records" error. It worked fine with the Mac or iPhone email programs on June 2, but suddenly doesn't let me log in.

That's okay, I see you have two other emails besides the primary which are both active. You should have options to confirm your account with something other than the email address, such as Username & ZIP Code, Phone Number, or Account Number and Security Code.

I don't have any problems getting into my Spectrum account. I can do that with my username or the other ways you listed. The problem is I can't find any way to access the twc.com email when logged into that account. Can you tell if it is associated with my Spectrum account? And how can I see what other emails are associated with my account?

Can you try logging into www.spectrum.net with the affected email address? Once logged in, try accessing the email on the side. If the password does not work on this site, use the password reset function on the site to reset it. Make sure to use the affected email address in the reset and not your main Spectrum login.

As I said previously if I try to log in using the twc.com email and password I get the "the info you entered doesn't match our records" error. If I select the forgot username or password and enter that email address I get the same "the info you entered doesn't match our records" error. If I select any of the other options (username, phone number) it just finds my primary email address.
Can you tell if there is a twc.com email address associated with my account?

At this time, there is only kc.rr.com email accounts linked. Your twc.com may have been orphaned from an account in the past. The system will disable any email accounts that are not properly linked to an account. I have sent you instructions on how you can link your email account. Please follow the instructions to have it added.

Thank you for your instructions but I'm confused by this step. Where do I sign in with the twc.com email address? Is it logging into my email account somewhere? My whole problem is I cannot log into my email.
- Sign in to the email address you previously entered and open the verification email.

I have linked your email account to your profile. You can now reset the password on www.specturm.net to gain access to the account. Once logged in, click on the check email to ensure the mailbox is active.
