Can no longer access my rr .com emails

Was able to retrieve my email until the 5th of May when I logged out. I have been trying all the steps to access it again. Most of my account need a verification code sent to rr account which I can't access. I was able to change a few to my spectrum.net account but many won't. I have had this email account for 26 plus years and all my retirement, medical, tax and other important info are stored there and I hate to lose it. It should be noted I no longer need a cell phone and only have my landline with Spectrum.

    Hey @kathya, welcome to our community! I checked your email and show you still have an active rr.com email. If you can't sign in at Spectrum.net with the email address as the username you will need to reset the password. I understand you can't receive the verification code at that email, but there are other options. If you choose to verify with the phone number you can receive the code in a call, or if you choose email address there's an option to send the code to your @spectrum.net email instead.

    I have tried to reset my password several times (daily) I have used every option the phone option gives me the verification code but says I already have a user name under spectrum or I receive an error notice. The email option to my spectrum email results in an error or no record. The account number and security code either gives me no record or error code. I am glad to hear. I still have an active rr email but it must be really full I usually clear my email once to twice a day.

    The main account does need to complete verification before you can properly access it. The main account does have a phone number linked to it and the verification should be possible with it. The errors you are receiving might be related to browser caching issues. I would recommend you try resetting it using a different browser and make sure to select your phone number for verification.

    I have the same land-line phone number on my account. I tried using a different browser that did not work. In the past the phone number option gave me the opportunity to receive the with a phone call that code took but told me I already had a username and took back to the sign-in screen with my spectrum user name. Now I no longer have the option of receiving a phone call. It should be noted that I have automatic payments set up for my account. I receive a email notice shortly before the payment is processed to remind me of that payment. That notice is always sent to my rr email. Today I received it at my spectrum email. I never changed that email from rr to spectrum. My account still shows my rr email for billing. I also can no longer receive my any email on my tablet.

    I tested your account on www.spectrum.net and selected the Forgot password option. I placed the spectrum.net email address as the username and put in your Zip code. Then it gave the option to verify the account. It is true that it gives the option to verify by the rr.com email address but it does give an option to verify by phone. I also verified that it attempted to give you a code. I can't tell if you actually received the call but it appears to be working. There could be something on your device that is blocking the site from working correctly. Can you try using the site on a different device to see if there is a difference?
