Multiple emails

I've got multiple email accounts that are decades old and still charter.net addresses. One of them (not the primary) has been compromised. Trying to figure out how to log out all devices, and reset the password. The password reset only seems to lead me to the primary.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues. To reset the password you would go to our website here and login using your full email address and it's password. Once you login on the left side click on More and then settings. Once in settings go tot he sign in & security tab. Once you verify your identity you can update your password there.

    That lets me change the password to my primary account, won't let me anywhere near my other two accounts.

    @lnmccoy,

    You have to log into spectrum.net with the email you're trying to change the password for. If you're already signed into the primary, log out fully. Each email address has it's own login to spectrum.net. If you are unable to login to either of the other email accounts, such as if the password were changed by someone else, you would want to make sure you're logged out of the primary fully before attempting the forgot username/password option.

    I assumed that and tried. I was directed back to the primary account. Then tried to reset it under the forgot password button, and it automatically recovered the primary username first…

    Just tried again and was successful… Thanks

    Any way to log out any unwanted users that are logged in…? A new password isn't much help if people don't get logged out.

    Changing the password will do that, there's no separate process.
