Weird email error when sending and receiving email
My email sends fine. New emails go out as expected. Emails come in fine. However, when I use Outlook to send/receive email I also receive this error:
Outlook Send/Receive Progress
0 of 1 Tasks have completed successfully
Don't show this dialog box during Send/Receive
Task '{my email address} - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B): 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 550 5.1.0 <> sender rejected. The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. Please check your SMTP settings. AUP#Out-1500'
{my email address} above is actually my email address, I redacted it.
I have been through all of my mail settings over and over. Nothing looks out of place. There is nothing in my outbox to delete. I have no way to find the problematic email. Again, all of my mail does send and receive as expected.

Hello @William_s
Welcome to our community! In Outlook, do you receive that error when trying to send an email to any email address or is it only happening with a specific email or email domain?
