I received a message on my mobile stating, "Spectrum: Double your current speed with Spectrum Internet 2 Gig. Enjoy quicker downloads, lightning-fast uploads and 4K and 8K streaming across multiple devices. Plus, get Invincible WiFi included to help keep you online even if the power goes out." with a link, but the site linked to makes no mention of 2 gig service and it isn't listed as an available upgrade.

I'm in ZIP Code 34714.

    I got the same text with no option to upgrade. Zipcode 04401

    Welcome to our community! I apologize for any frustration with the text. I was able to locate the account using your community registration and it looks like at this time our 2 Gig service is only available for accounts using our Community WiFi service, which is where the service is provided as a part of the rent in apartment complexes and you're provided a log in to access the service as opposed to having your own individual account.
