tx.rr.com sub account login issue
Hi there. Looks like one of my sub accounts under this main is full. I can not login at spectrum.net with the (sub)@tx.rr.com login used on the email client (outlook), but that login is fine through that client. I posit the issue might be it's also a legacy password of 6 length that might not get through the web client mask. I cannot reset the password as the (sub)@tx.rr.com email is rejected at the reset password link as well. Any help would be appreciated. Just a reset at that full sub would work as well (cg)@tx.rr.com. Thanks.

Good morning. Legacy email addresses have been migrated to @Spectrum.com. I have sent instructions to the email address on file (Gmail address) on how to access and update the information. Please let us know if you have any issue and we will be happy to assist you further.

No email was received at gmail. last email from spectrum was statement July 8.
I am aware of the port. Thats why I wrote my original email. The spectrum.net/com logins do not work.

Can you login into spectrum.net using the email address but changing the tx.rr.com to spectrum.net. If you need to change the password click forgot password and then enter the email address changing the tx.rr.com to spectrum.net and then enter your zip code and press next. no need to select any of the bullets at the bottom.

Clearly you've reset the address as I've been logged out of all my devices from that account and can no longer sign in with the old password. How do I get the password?

(no reset/password link was sent to gmail) - I am, however still receiving marketing email from Spectrum as I just got one (nothing in spam, well besides the spam).

I am not seeing where we changed the password, only the last part of the username, this would not affect the password. I have sent the reset instruction to your gmail.

I just now received the reset email. I have tried that previously, and tried with both cg@spectrum.net and cg@tx.rr.com, both are rejected at the reset link. I still cannot login at all now.

I do apologize for the ongoing issues. The last message from us here they asked if you go to www.spectrum.net and go to the forgot password link you should only need to enter the username and the zip code. You don't need to login this is so you can reset your password.
If this does not work you can try to call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328 as we are limited to what we can do via the community.
