Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
To change your password for your online account or email address you would go to this website here. If you don't know the password you would select the forgot password link. If you know the password you would login using your username or full email address and it's password. Once logged in click More on the left side. Then settings and then Sign in and Security from there. After verifying your identity you can select the option for change password.
