I just purchased a new computer and when I try to set up my charter account it tells me my password doesn't match. Is there someplace I can go to get the correct password. without having to change the password on several devices?

    Unfortunately we do not have access to passwords for your online account or email addresses. If it is saying the password is incorrect you would need to change it by going to the forgot password link on the website here.
