I got a email about upgrades and getting 1gbs up and down after upgrades are complete. Is the work completed and when will I see speed increases?

    Hey @a3plew, welcome to our community! I do see upgrade work has started in your area but there's no set date for completion or launch of symmetrical speeds. We do expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year.
