in Network Evolution

Hello,
The hub for my neighborhood happens to be in my backyard. Techs came and worked for almost a week on it back in February for this project. In early March services would go down overnight for testing. Since then silence. Is there an update on expected upgrade to symmetrical services? i am itching for it! LOL.

    Thank you for your interest in our High Split upgrade work. Generally once the work is completed in the area it is about 6 months before the services are available for use. This is an estimate and subject to change at we continue to work on this project. -Lyn

    Thank you so much for that response. It is truly a breath of fresh air to hear something, and you have no idea how much I appreciate it.

    Would you be able to confirm whether our area is currently expected to receive the upgrade within the next couple of months? I am not looking for a specific date or anything to hold anyone to. I am mainly trying to understand whether there are, or were, additional hubs or network components that still need to be upgraded and could extend that estimate for our address.

    Unfortunately at this time, we've only been advised that the upgrades were started in the area and we haven't been given an estimate for the work to be fully completed or for the symmetrical speeds to be offered.
